Legal form: sole proprietorship (not entered in the commercial register)
Commercial register number and registry court: not applicable — there is no entry in the commercial register.

VAT

No VAT is shown: turnover is exempt under the small-business scheme pursuant to Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG). There is therefore no VAT identification number.

The small-business scheme is a VAT classification, not a legal form. No fee is charged for using FLEXR; the price of 10 € per month stated for the optional add-on FLEXR Premium is the final price, and no VAT is charged on top of it.

Consumer complaints and dispute resolution

Please address complaints to flexr.social@proton.me. We normally reply within five business days.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (“ODR platform”) was shut down on 20 July 2025. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and the resulting obligation to link to that platform were repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; a corresponding link is therefore no longer provided.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. This does not affect your right to take legal action.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. For user-generated content (profiles, photos, messages), Art. 6 and Art. 8 DSA apply in particular: there is no general obligation to monitor content without cause; once we have sufficiently specific knowledge of illegal content, we act without delay. Image credits and trademarks

The FLEXR logo, word mark and design originate from the operator. Profile photos come from the respective users; the rights to them remain with those users. FLEXR is not affiliated with any similarly named fitness or software provider.
